On poetry

As I read the most intriguing poem that I have come across yet, what the poet had to say about poetry rang very true:

since feeling is first,

who pays any attention to the syntax of things,
will never wholly kiss you.

The poem - Loneliness, a leaf falls by, e. e cummings

This is a poem that needs to be seen to fully experience the imagery it captures with so little.

Genius.

e.e.cummings...he never used capitals..'feelings' were of paramount importance rather than all other mundane entrapments of poetical rules..
